Weyland: Lithium Orotate - 5mg of Elemental Lithium (as Lithium Orotate) per Vegetarian Capsule (3 Bottles)

I have noticed some stabilizing benefits to adding Lithium Orotate to my daily supplement regimen. I have started a very stressful, new job, and was starting to feel overwhelmed, and experience anxiety I was having a difficult time controlling. I was desperate to try something to help me manage the anxiety that was making work difficult. I had read an article about the benefits of Lithium Orotate, and researching further, found that there were inexpensive Lithium supplements I could try to help me through this adjustment. I settled on the Weyland brand while researching different producers on Amazon. The reviews were good, and the price comparison was reasonable. Though I still experience some anxiety, it does seem more manageable. I am able to clear my head more quickly, and make the required quick decisions in the fast-paced environment in which I work. I am pleased with my experiment, but will be increasing the dosage I take on a regular basis.

I wasn’t sure how well this would work for me but I’ve been on it for over a month and what a difference it has made. Coming from someone who is overly aggressive when mad, it has calmed me down and pulled me out of my depression. It doesn’t have all the side effects as your usual Anti depressant which is nice. I take it at the same time each day and the usual annoyance I would get at work from people or the little things that would set me off don’t bug me as easy or at all. I can’t describe how well I have been doing since I have been on this. I did start taking vitamins with it as well so not sure if the combo makes me feel great now or just this product but I really would recommend to give it a try.

The quality is great but value not so much

I have noticed that many people talk about using this for depression. I know from a medical standpoint prescribing this supplement for severe conditions such a bi-polar and schizophrenia would be a disservice. I originally ordered this because it is for overall brain health and improving memory. It is prescribed to prevent and even treat beginning dementia. My mom started taking this and felt as if a cloud has been lifted. Don't get me wrong ; if it helps with mood then that is an extra bonus! Our brains decline like everything else and if there is one thing I had to choose to keep intact it would be my mental cognition

I initially tried the 10mg capsule by cutting it in half and pouring into my favorite beverage, 2 X’s per day. It has no flavor and absorbs easier and faster this way. Then I switched to buying the 5 mg capsule. Either way, it is an excellent product and I feel this Lithium supplement adds just enough to my brain to keep me calm in stressful situations, thinking clearly and making better, calmer decisions. I would encourage you to try it for yourself. Some people may need more than 10 mg per day, but I would titrate up slowly, in 5 mg increments, and see which dose works for you. I have read in different places, not more than 20mg per day.
