I decided to take a gamble on this in spite of reviews being pretty evenly split and the "often returned item" warning on the listing's page itself. I saw some saying it was broken on arrival, has a poor mechanism, and others singing its praises. Mine arrived in perfect condition thankfully and I was pleasantly surprised by how high end it looks and feels. It's gorgeous.
