Smelly when first opened but no flavor and easy to take!

I was originally using One a Day prenatal with choline which left me miserably constipated and nauseous from the amount of iron. I then switched over to the Olly gummy which were okay for a bit, but the size and taste were soon very overwhelming. Now that I'm out of my first trimester, I can say Mommy's Bliss prenatals are gentle on the stomach. Like others, I pair it with a DHA supplement and I have no complaints here! So do yourself a favor if you're feeling rough in your first trimester and just buy these prenatals and stick to them!

I have no complaints with this prenatal. Sure, the smell & flavor isn’t great, but what encapsulated vitamin is appetizing?! The important thing is that they are easy to swallow and you only need one per day. The ingredients are also top notch and the folate is in the form of Quatrefolic Acid, which is a great benefit. Keep in mind this prenatal does not have iron or DHA. I have taken this Mommy’s Bliss prenatal multivitamin along with a separate prenatal DHA vitamin by Nordic Naturals throughout my entire pregnancy. I’ve never gotten sick or constipated from this combo. It’s not cheap, but I feel it’s worth it for the quality.

Love this product because it’s just one pill a day and has a probiotic. Also halal which is needed for Muslims! I appreciate it not being crazy expensive either. Well tolerated, didn’t have any side effects!

I don’t like gummies and need an iron free prenatal so my options are limited. There’s a lot to like about these, but I still haven’t found my “holy grail” prenatal. Pros: contains folate instead of folic acid, easy to swallow, easy to digest, contains probiotics and is a complete formula in one capsule per dayCons: they smell bad- if I was in the thick of morning sickness I doubt I could tolerate the odor, and there’s far too much B6 for safe long term use. If you are just taking them during pregnancy, it’d be fine and likely to help morning sickness (although if you’re taking diclegis or similar you’d want to let your provider know how much B6 is in this prenatal). If you’re like me, and take prenatals before, during and after pregnancy I would alternate this with another brand to avoid getting too much B6.
