LONDON FOGWomen's 3/4 Length Double-Breasted Trench Coat with Belt

Mid-weight and waterproof. My hand AND my cell phone sit down deeply into the side pockets. I have a size small, and I am 5’5”/130lb and it’s a little roomy. The shoulders fit perfectly for me, but there’s extra space from armpit down to the hem. I love that the back has a gusset versus a split hem. I do wish that it had an interior zipper pocket, but other than that it is just about perfect in every way. The weight of the material and the lining make it a great layering piece without adding a whole lot of weight to my suitcase when I’m not wearing it. I wore it in Paris and felt like I blended in with the locals easily. (Always a goal.) The sheer number of varying colored trench coats in Paris were amazing. I kind of wish I had purchased one and navy blue or gray. But I suspect that a fog coat is a once in a lifetime purchase as they last forever. My mother has one from the early 80s and it is still beautiful, always a cool classic!

I was going to Paris last month and then a cruise and Bordeaux it rained and was way colder than anticipated. I am a Florida girl and don’t have any really coats, my daughter said I must get a real London fog! What a life saver the warmth, the hood the water proof. It was the best decision ever. I am a small in clothes but got a medium I am 5’5” and 133 fit great. I did have the sleeves shortened. Love love love great quality and chic !

I have ordered a number of "trench" and "mac" rain coats and they are not rain coats but thinly lined jackets. One was the same fabrication as this (cotton/poly %) and I was worried this was going to be shiny but it's not. I read it was lined and really wanted an insulated rain coat or one with a zip out lining for warmth in the winter. This is heavier than the others I tried and has a bit of insulation, enough to keep warm without layers of clothing underneath so this is "PERFECT". London Fog came through, classy, smart and well made. Nice deep pockets, a hood, buttons to the top with a button on the interior to seal yourself up to the neck when it's windy and wet. VERY, VERY happy and for the price, it was less than the others I ordered at Macy's and elsewhere. The belt does not have a buckle but ties, which is what I wanted. The buttons have a bit of a shine to them, a modern touch. Comfortable with room for a cardigan layer if I wanted it. My husband has a London Fog Signature Car Coat and it has a removable liner, he has had it for years. I have a Burberry Mac Coat with a removable wool liner I have had over 20 years that I love but it does not fit me right now. The only improvement I would recommend is having London Fog offer a woman's version with a removable wool or fleece liner, even if just an option and an additional cost. However, this will keep me warm without multiple layers but at times I'd prefer a t shirt to a light weight sweater and it would be nice to have a coat that gave an option of a removable liner. But that is a wish for the future, I'd certainly buy one even if this one is perfect for the cold, wet PNW winters and hoping it lasts as long as our other nice rain "coats".

I’ve purchased 3 trench coats and returned each one because of either a bad fit or bad quality. This purchase is exactly what I would expect from London Fog. The fit is perfect, with enough room in the shoulders with looking dumpy. The quality is outstanding. Great buy!

Update: I ordered the XXL , unfortunately I have to return this one too. Shoulders are still cut entirely to small. I even measured as instructed. Thebrestbof the jacket fit great. I was afraid to give myself a hug though.Gorgeous trench and great feel. I have searched for a plus size with no luck.Gorgeous London Fog trench! Material is perfect and length too, has a nice weight to it, can definitely be worn spring to late fall. Color is definitely tradional khaki absolutely beautiful. I like it has inside button and a hook eye at neck as well. Definitely a well made garment.Unfortunately have to exchange for the xx-large.I am 5'7 plus size (225lbs). The shoulders were cut too small right up to the armpit, barley could fasten the jacket. I normally wear xl with shirts, jackets etc, this one came in shy of fitting properly.A little disappointed in reviews I based my size on their reviews and sizing.7Excited for the replacement to come in! I will give an update when it does

This trench is beautiful ,but I had to return it. I wear a size 8-10 dress size for ref. The medium was too large and the sleeves were too long. I have a large bust and it was still too large.

Good quality traditional trench coat, fits great, good weight for fall, glad I purchased. Hits just above the knee, sleeve length is perfect. For reference I purchased Medium- I am 5’4”, 150 lbs with a slightly thicker middle. Still roomy enough thru the waist but maybe not for heavy layering. Will be a closet staple for years to come.

I was looking for a rain jacket for work. I’m 5”4 and it’s a bit long but it looks great. It was not wrinkled like other reviews say. It’s quality material. I bought another in black, cheaper than London dog website.

Llego justo a tiempo, muy bien empacada. Estuve buscando una gabardina por mucho tiempo, hasta que encontre esta en Amazon. Londo Fog es una marca que no decepciona. La calidad es muy buena, el acabado y la tela me gustaron mucho. Pedí la talla XL pensando en ponermela con algo más abrigador abajo, pero creo que la hubiese pedido en L porque a mi me quedo algo grande. La recomiendo mucho.

Love love love this jacket. I feel good wearing it. Pictures don’t do it justice. The material is spot on, pockets have nice depth. Fits a tad bit big but my middle age spread will fix that at the rate I am going. I am very happy with it.

Looks great, tailored nicely and it's waterproof which is an added plus
