Best customer service ever! I have owned a business for 19 years and you can attempt to be the best at what you do or attempt to provide the best service but to err is human. Had a slight problem in the beginning yet this company went beyond the call of duty - TRULY FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT FOLLOW-UP. These chairs are clean simple and so in style PLUS YOU CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE FOR 4 - wow oh wow! Also I am not handy these are a bit tricky but the seller not only has more extensive instructions but also a video. Top notch product top notch service - 100% SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had these chairs for over three years and unfortunately, most have lost at least one screw that never fit right when I first assembled it because of the way it was made. They're sleek, beautiful, and minimalistic but the fact that I have to be careful about how I sit on three of the four chairs so I don't tip over or break it is too much effort when I just want to eat dinner. (I'm only 150 pounds so). As for comfort, I developed back problems after a nasty fall down some concrete stairs and not having proper back support during the pandemic. Sitting on these chairs for five hours at a time (I'm a write 9 hours a day) is painful for me. They don't offer amazing lower back support so if you're planning to use them for computer work or something, you might find yourself grabbing a cushion for lower back support. Aside from that, I love them. I've had them for three years and in two different apartments.

Putting these together was a nightmare. The parts don't line up, the instructions are sparse at best, and they don't actually stay together once they're intact. Bolts just sort of drop out of the bottom after a day or two, even with no one sitting in them. The number of times I've had somebody sit in one of these and the chair just kind of...gives up and falls apart is too many.They're cheap, and you definitely get what you pay for, in that you paid for crap. Spend more money on actual chairs.UPDATE: we got these in August, and about 10 months in we have had to get rid of all of them. Super garbage that didn't stay together.

Upon receipt of this product, I was extremely pleased! All of the pieces were included, the chairs when put together looked great, and I was very happy with the price. We have only had these chairs for 6 months, and the seat portion of the chairs are breaking.We don't abuse our furniture, stand on the seats, or put excessive weight on the seats. I am highly disappointed with these chairs. I just spent over 2 1/2 hours putting 3/4 chairs together.. you truly do get what you pay for. As most of the buyers mentioned, by the time I went to assemble the last chair the metal brackets are bent (of course) and I am unable to attatch the chair to the legs.These chairs look great once they’re put together (why I gave 3 stars) Cheaply made, probably won’t last very long - and that’s okay, I assumed that before purchasing. BUT the metal brackets being bent is ridiculous.. and the instructions are frustrating.If you plan to purchase these chairs truly understand that 1. Assembly is difficult 2. The instructions aren’t very clear 3. The parts don’t fit 🙃 which is oh so glorious. Good luck with your purchase! Hopefully you get a good set like these 5 star reviewers received!

Comfortable and stylish chairs. They are a bit complicated to assemble but they’re worth it.

This chairs are so affordable. The hard part is when you figure out the first way to assemble first chair. After that everything easy peasy. Look so good on my dining room.

Love the look, but the plastic is incredibly thin. I first bought these to replace my vintage teak spade back chairs, figuring these would be sturdy enough for everyday use without me hawk-eyeing everyone every time they sat in them. They never ended up being delivered, much to my dismay, and I was refunded. However, a friend of mine received her order & gifted them to me for Christmas.I have to warn everyone that sits in them even MORE than I did with my teak chairs (which I kept for special occasions, thank god).3 out of four chairs have large indents (upwards) from the legs digging into the chair seat when someone sits in them. Most of these indents have turned into cracks, leading to a lot of pinched thighs, just like those crappy blue chairs every elementary school in the history of time has had. These have snagged pants, pinched skin, and a very disappointed consumer.Everyone that uses these chairs are under 200#s, and they were beginning to indent within the first week. Considering we don't use the dining room very often, and these chairs aren't used much (the only reason I've kept them), I thought they'd last us longer than this.Guess I'll just have to bite the bullet & either buy the real deal or figure out how to sew some black pleather seat cushions (because store bought DSW cushions are just as expensive as these chairs).
