Excellent vitamin!
Was looking for a multivitamin that had the highest percentage amounts recommended by the fda for my age. Everything was 100% except for the magnesium. Was hoping to get away from taking so many individual supplements. I have confidence in these and the price is so much better than so many others. I order every month!

I haven't really noticed a difference when taking these, been taking them for about 30 days solid now. Vitamins are really big as most are, so some people might have an issue swallowing them. Overall, they might work for some people, but as I stated I don't notice a difference in the way I feel.

Have another pair is a great show for someone who has trouble bending over I live 45 mins to a city I ordered from Amazon had them just a couple days later. And I found that it was easier to find my size which includes wide on Amazon than in any store including scetcher store .
