Must buy product
Got little confused how to use it when i plug it only lamp was on but diffuser didn't work so got little upset about the production and want it to return it .. But after while i switch on the red button and it start working

Quality is very bad
The diffuser was not up to mark, I rarely used it after purchase may be once or twice.i was so happy that it creates a divine atmosphere at home, but that proved me wrong I turned on and within no time it just burst out with a spark. Thanks that no one was near that device at that time. I request the company to be very careful while making these kinds of devices.

Defective item delivered
I had ordered for twin set and have been delivered 1 piece in working condition n 2nd piece does not work only for the kapur defusion. Lights work properly and switch also works well. However the kapur dish does not heat up.
