I love my walking cane , when I use it on my walks I feel more confident and stable ! It’s very portable and folds up to put in your suitcase !

The lights on this cane are great. There's a straight ahead light and then there's a downward light. They both have their uses and together they're very useful. The cane is sturdy and stable. As with all self standing canes whether or not it stands is dependent on the surface you're standing it on and how the feet wear. My one complaint is the Velcro strap used to hold the cane together doesn't last long.. I wish they had used more of an elastic type band. I did have a problem with the battery compartment cover. It was loose and eventually fell off and was lost. This was several months after purchasing the cane. I contacted the seller and they responded the same day. They shipped the lost part for free the day they got my address and I was back in business a couple days later. The new cover isn't even loose like the original. Their customer service team was fast, friendly and eager to help. It's really a great feeling when you deal with customer service people who care about their products and customers. Given my experience with this company, especially in light of my experience with their competitor, they have won a loyal customer.

The flashlights are a great idea, especially one down and one forward, and the small standing tip works well for its size. The cane folds well. But when the cane tip hits the ground in normal walking, the lights usually go out. Then I have to press the switch again. Obviously the wiring is not sturdy enough. And the tip makes noise when it hits the ground, more than any other cane I have used.

Periodically had to use a cane for hip issues, I found myself now having to use one all the time. I wore out my HurryCane, which I loved. This one caught my eye, mostly because it was foldable. I like the Bling around the top, wide bottom and the Velcro strap, so if you need to strap it to your bedside, it’s reachable. I didn’t necessarily care about the lights, but they sure have came in handy! I read some stated that the lights didn’t work after the cane had been dropped, believe me, mine has been dropped 100’s of times and the lights are still going strong! It also has a wrist strap, be sure to put it around your hand so not only you won’t lose the cane but it prevents it from falling to floor. The only complaint is that it doesn’t stand up by itself very well. Overall, I’ll buy it again!

This my second BeneCane. I have traveled many times with it. The cane folds so nicely and is easy to store in a piece of carry on luggage. Make sure you follow the directions for proper use.

I love this product , However slowly it has fallen apart. the casing for the double light made of cheap plastic and it does not stand like they advertised. Piece by piece walking with it ; i found small pieces of plastic in my hand only where the double light is attached. Sure wish they can send me a sturdy replacement

I bought two of these as both my knees are bad. I liked the idea of the light and the wide base. However, unless you balance it just right, it will not stand up by itself as advertised. I bought these in Nov 2022, and the lights quit working within a couple of weeks, I think because they kept falling over and jarring the light assembly. Also, I bought one for my mom, and her light works different from, mine. Hers has three settings, mine has two. Hers turns on the forward light when you push the switch once, then moves to the downward light after the second push, then both lights come on with the third push, and turn off on the fourth push. Mine does not do both lights at once. Yesterday, the foot on one cane came off and I can't get it to stay on. Someone else had this problem and was able to make a workaround of putting heavy duty tape around the base until they got resistance to putting the foot back on the base, I may try this next. They are a great idea, but they need more work in their design to be fully useful. The lights need major work of some kind to keep them working after being jarred by falling. and the base should be bigger, to allow for more stability in free standing if you need to let go for a minute to use your hands.

Si este bastón tuviera una base pivotante, como otro de sus modelos, sería PERFECTO! Ojalá lo consideren. Yo le reemplacé la base por una pivotante, pero tuve que “adaptarlo” porque la base se atornilla, así que rudimentariamente se la tuve que pegar 🤷🏻‍♀️
