This was an upgrade from a 43 inch LG and I am fairly impressed. Excellent picture, sound could be better, interface takes some getting used to. Tv must be intended for those who will wall mount, as the stand is rubbish - made of light plastic with a tendency to wobble. Be prepared to buy restraining straps for the back. I am still looking for a solution to stop the tv tipping backward if knocked and may have to insert two screws direct into the stand and plinth below. Apart from that very pleased with the picture size and image quality. In expert mode in Settings many adjustments can be made to achieve the best quality.

Lovely picture and good sound quality when using Samsung Chanel’s. When using the hdmi chanel for my virgin tv connection. The sound drops dramatically. We use Samsung tv chanels at volume 20. To get same volume through hdmi /virgin have to push volume on tv upto 60! Fine for me and the kids… no good for anyone with poor hearing ( like grandma) plus it doesn’t have a scart lead, had to buy a scart hdmi converter to use other equipment ( it has 2 hdmi inputs)

I have 3 usb devices attached and if one of those - TV box - PS5 for eg if one is updating or just downloading updates the TV turns itself on? I have looked through the settings and cannot rectify it. So Im turning out the lights and settling down (its in my bedroom) and boom the TV would turn itself on? Why would that be a thing? If I wanted the TV on I would press the on button. Its annoying and means I cant leave attached boxes to update without worrying Im leaving the TV on too.

Many features I don’t understand, a tutorial would be good. Biggest fail is the power plug which is set in a recess and you have to slide it in sideways and there is no satisfying click or proper sensation that the plug has been inserted successfully and it does fall out quite often, even if the TV unit is bumped slightly.

An upgrade for my mothers TV - Works well with a great picture quality however its challenging to set up for an elderly person who does not have wifi - I had to cast to my mobile and download upgrades separately

I've had this a few weeks now. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is very good. The sound is dreadful so a decent sound bar is essential. Overall a good purchase.
