Veterinary Formula Clinical Care Antispetic and Antifungal Shampoo and Spray

Wow! Love this! I have a little dachshund dog and she is constantly itchy, so much so that I have to take her in every four weeks to the vet to get an anti itch shot for her. The shots are good, but they don’t take all the itching away. She tends to have a lot of problems on her hind legs and around her neck and ears so I bought this product and I’m so glad that I did. I spray it on her fur and I push the fur back-and-forth as I spray so that the spray gets down to the skin level and doesn’t just lay on top of her hair. It has to penetrate the skin. You can spray enough where they’re fur is quite wet but don’t worry it dries really fast and has a nice clean smell. It does not burn the dogs skin at all and it really calms down those acute itching episodes . I know little Eva Rae appreciates it ! I always have a bottle on hand and I also keep one in the car. I will always re-order this.

This shampoo has been amazing for my dog I noticed my dog had some red, scaly patches and greasy skin, and after just a few washes with the Veterinary Formula Clinical Care shampoo, there's a huge improvement. The redness is reduced, the skin looks healthier, and he seems so much more comfortable.I also love that it’s paraben-, dye-, and soap-free — it lathers well without being harsh. Plus, it smells clean and fresh without being overpowering. It’s gentle enough for regular use, and I really appreciate that it works for both dogs and cats. Highly recommend if your pet has skin issues!

My senior dog had a couple patches of skin that were scabbing. I don't know what caused them. I decided to give this a try. Even after the first shampoo she felt a little better. I waited 2 days then gave her another bath with this shampoo and little by little I can see an improvement. I did let her soak with the shampoo on for about 5 minutes each time. The bottle states do not let your dog lick the shampoo off or the animal will get diarrhea and they weren't kidding. The shampoo is thick and doesn't smell like medicine.

Actually helps a little. Would probably help more if I could manage to keep it on her for 10 minutes. But keeping her shivering in the sink for that long is hard on us both. She hates that but it does cut down her scratching by at least half.

My mini poodle mix likes to run in the backyard. We get lots of rain here, and his feet get wet. He has had an issue with one foot - could be fire ants, a bug bite....whatever it was I kept his feet cleaned off and sprayed this on twice a day on clean feet. It took care of the issue. I always keep this on hand for treating a skin problem.

Our package was lost and did not receive the item on time, but a replacement was sent. From out little rural town in the Lake of the Ozarks, USPS has always been the problem. Everytime we move to Missouri for soring-summer, most of our packages gets missing. USPS must do a better job at locating our place. My additional shipping instructions could really help if they only read. Product is great but USPS delivery sucks. Still a 5 star for the product greatness.

I’m now on a subscription service for this spray to use on my blue pit bull. This is the ONLY product I’ve found that actually helps provide any type of relief. Tried them all including the chewables. Don’t waste your time with that other stuff, buy this today. Key is to spread hair, spray directly onto affected areas, masssge into skin with ginger, and try to hold dog still for a few minutes so he can’t go shake and rub it all off. The skin needs to soak up the product for it to be effective. I’ve also made note of all the main ingredients, should this product become unavailable, I know what’s in it and what to look to buy. Before picture below, along with 2 after treatment photos. Give it 3 full weeks of treatments followed as directions say before you give up on it. For the shampoo variant, massage and leave on skin for the full 10 minutes! Don’t cut it short.

Within a day, the dog began to drink water constantly due to developing toxicosis from the shampoo and attempting to purge the toxins from its body.Ultimately, the five-year-old, 85-pound male German Shepherd and Rottweiler mix dog's kidneys failed, and the dog died of kidney failure from toxicosis and possible uremic poisoning that ended in a heart attack, as the kidneys were no longer functioning.The pressure within the dog's body increased after drinking so much water, and the dog's stomach became bloated due to kidney failure. It was horrible, tragic, and sad beyond words. This dog put up a valiant fight, but to no avail.
