As a cyclist heel elevated squats are preferred and these work great in my home gym. I also use them for calf stretching and calf raises. I typically work out barefoot in my home gym so the construction of these with cork and a non-slip laminate is perfect. Much more pleasant to use than something made of hard plastic.

Didn’t slip when using them but noticed the sandpaper-like top came unglued from the cork wedges Only used twice. Let’s see if it stays stuck after pressing it back down.

I intentionally waited six months before writing this review because I wanted to see how these squat wedges would hold up over time. When I first opened the box, I was honestly skeptical. The material is different from what I expected, and I wasn't sure how it would perform under regular use during leg workouts. However, after six months of consistent use, these wedges are still in the exact same condition they were on day one. They provide a stable, non-slip platform and have become a regular part of my leg day routine. They do exactly what they're supposed to do by helping achieve proper foot positioning and improving exercise mechanics. The only wear I've noticed is that the printed lettering on the sides is beginning to fade. That said, I didn't buy these for the logo. I bought them for functionality, stability, and durability, and they have delivered on all three. If you're concerned about performance rather than cosmetic branding, these are an easy 5-star product. They've held up exceptionally well and I'd purchase them again without hesitation.

I really love this super easy to store and not bulky whatsoever . Sturdy and great quality.

Received these squat wedges and right out of the box/bag the grip tape was loose. I attempted to smooth it back down and used them for squats. They worked well in that application but this morning when I came back down work out again, I see the grip tape is wrinkled and loose from the blocks again. Not really impressed.

Product quality is as advertised. Grippy and sturdy from initial use. Bottom is the cork material so it'll work even better if you have right flooring (slips slightly on wood but ok overall)
