Does this bulb provide enough heat for a turtle habita?

This lamp mainly provides uva,uvb, you also need to buy a basking spot lamp. Another way, you can buy a uvb mercury vapor bulb which can provide heat,uva,uvb together. Thanks for your question. JXreptile-focus on reptile lamps

where is this manufactured?

These are made in China, I haven’t had any good to say about them. One Burt out in a couple of weeks, the two long tubes I bought were supposed to be 18 inches but were actually 18 1/4 inches so didn’t fit my fixtures. I’d stick with zoomed or zilla

How long does this light bulb last if you have it on for 8-10 hrs a day?

I have used mine for 12 hours per day for over 6 months now and it is still working.
