I have been using this pillow for about 3 weeks and I definitely would say that it's improved my sleep. It stops me rolling onto my back by accident which was happening several times a night, and gives a bit of support so my back isn't sore like it was before. The quality is good and the cover is washable - not super easy to put back on, but managable. I haven't tried using it as a nursing pillow yet (as I am still pregnant) but I tried just sitting with it with no baby and wow, it was COMFY. I felt so supported - I look forward to using it for that.A downside for me is that I don't find it comfortable between my legs at all - I think it's too thick for me. That's probably just my body though. I'm still glad I bought it, I just use it the other way around, so the long bit is behind me.Update: I have been using this pillow for a couple of months and I wouldn't be without it - it's not perfect for me but it definitely helps a lot. I still can't sleep with it between my knees but I have it between my thighs and it keeps my legs bent, which isn't super comfy for a whole night BUT it seems to stop me from getting leg cramps which is a huge bonus - frankly I would use it solely for that purpose, if that was all it did. It really does nothing for the discomfort in my hips, but it's very useful in other ways.

My wife uses this pillow alongside another and between both of them she always manages to get comfortable

A very expensive pregnancy pillow that was not at all confortable. It’s a shame I missed the return window, would have definitely refunded as I only used it a few times. Didn’t really feel the support for the back, the pillow itself is big and bulky and not comfortable. Not better than any other pregnancy pillow that’s half the price of this one

I started using this pillow during my first trimester and thought what a waste of money. When third trimester hit, It supports me sleeping at nighttime, I use it every night. It’s a good product.

My wife has brought 5 different pregnancy pillows and returned them all as she found them super uncomfortable or way too big. We then came across this one and decided 6th time lucky… she loves this as it gives her the right support at the back and front and she’s been sleeping a lot better through her pregnancy. Amazing but pricey!

Not overwhelmingly large or disappointingly small. I'm able to switch from side to side with minimal maneuvering.
