I don't normally write reviews but felt I should for this. Really have a good think before buying it. It arrived exactly on time but there was no assembly instruction manual, so I got in touch with the company and the very next day a pdf. file was sent, all be it very basic and I've a few item of bolts, nuts and plastic pieces left over. So 10/10 for customer service is tip top). The seat axel cover was split due to the wheels being over tightened, so I've had to loosen them, it works fine and you can't actually see this anyway when the seat is in position. There was two blocks on the seat rail to stop the seat from coming off the end that were to far down the rail so that I couldn't fully extend my legs, so I've had to remove these. The heal rests on the foot board were slightly off level but doesn't hinder the action of the rower. The display unit doesn't tighten up so it's slightly loose but a bit of a modification on it and I'll get it to tighten. The instructions for use of the display unit are of poor quality of speech, one of the instructions is to press the start/stop button, there isn't one!!.. The plug on the water barrel just pushes in and took a while to get in the right place so that it didn't leak (This only happens when rowing). I wouldn't like to upend it as I recon it will leak (not tried to see if it does). And the QR code at the back of the instruction manual for the Bluetooth doesn't work. Having said all about the faults and some just because I'm fussy, I'm actually happy with it and it works like it should do. I do feel it should be a bit cheaper though.

I bought this rowing machine to go in May garage gym that me and my wife use.I wanted a good solid rowing machine and this seemed to fit the bill.It arrived very quickly, faster than expected. It obviously comes needing some assembly. The full assembly took me and my wife around 25 minutes.The water tank is very easy to fill and provides a real rowing experience.The machine once fully assembled comes with wheels which makes it easy to move around should you need to and it can even be stored standing up thanks to its brilliant design.The rowing machine is very smooth and quiet during use and it feels so sturdy and well made.The footplates are adjustable to suite different sized feet and the seat is a 3D ergonomic design which makes it very comfortable and the handles are padded to make your hands comfortable.The LCD monitor is good for tracking you workouts and will display, Time, Distance, Calorie, Pulse, SPM, Total Strokes and Strokes.This rowing machine is a dual rail design which means it effectively works more muscle groups giving you a better workout.Overall we have extremely happy with this rowing machine and feel it is worth every penny.For the following reasons we have decided to rate it 5 stars:Fast deliveryEasy to assembleVery sturdyEasy to move and storeExcellent workouts

I'd never thought of it until seeing this, that the experience you get with a typical rowing machine is nowhere near the experience you would get actually rowing, but obviously with the UK weather and cost investment real life boating wasn't an option so i thought I'd give this a shot.It's a completely different experience, the water that you need to fill up into the paddle container acts as a form of resistance which reacts differently than any mechanical machine can as well as giving a more overall workout.Setup is very straightforward, everything is explained clearly and meant it was up and running within less than 30mins total including time to fill the water container. The seat has wheels on that slide back and forth following the rail system in place and your feet sit angled in front of you to simulate a real rowing position.Everything just seems to be built to last giving an overall high standard of build impression and a very satisfying user experience.

This rowing arrived with no assembly instructions and when I requested them it became apparent that I was sent fittings that didn't match the instructions and not all of the nuts and bolts etc were present.The blue tooth screen that comes as a separate unit doesn't work and the app QR code that is supplied so everything syncs- doesn't actually sync with the rower at all.I am absolutely gutted that I spent £500 on this machine (in part influenced by a significant amount of 5 star rated feedback).I contacted the seller a second time to ask him to please send extra fittings and he said he would...they have never arrived. Complete scam and If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY from this seller...it's outrageous

This is an uniquely designed rowing machine. I have never seen anything like it before and was very curious to try it out. It uses a fillable water tank to give you rowing resistance. The theory is that it gives you a much more real life rowing resistance feel compared to artificially generated resistance from conventional rowing machines. It is definitely an unusual design with the oak wood used for the frame and the water tank. Everyone who has seen it for the first time are absolutely intrigued by it and wants a try on it. I am happy with its performance do far. It is well made and good rowing action. I think it was worth spending a little bit more for such an unique gym equipment.

Utter garbage. Building instructions bore no resemblance to the actual parts: water tank leaks when stood upright; wheels fall off. Seriously - spend your money elsewhere.
