I generally don't have trouble keeping my ears clear of wax, but since I had an ear infection last year I have been trying to find ways to make my ear higiene even better. I decided to give this tool a shot and I'm impressed!It's very easy to use it with your phone, no wires hanging or anything. Install the app, connect to the device, and you get a very clear picture. I used one of the tools included to carefully go inside my ear canal and make sure there was no wax accumulation.The image can be flipped for people with some spatial orientation trouble, although I didn't need to use that feature.Strongly recommended for anyone thinking about it. It's really useful for a very low price.

Super easy to use. The ear corkscrew is super soft, but the base isn’t. The base scraped my ear as I rotated it. If I try to avoid being scraped, but the corkscrew part barely goes into my ear.Three members of my family tried this and we all had the same experience. Disappointed

The media could not be loaded.  Very flimsy! Make sure to shave ALL ear hair before inserting. If you don’t, the spiral tip will just fold up and spin not making any advancement to the wax that needs removing. Bottom line it just did not work for me no matter how much I wanted it to work, it just wouldn’t. We are all made a little different so it may be the best thing in the world to the next person and I really hope that is the case.This is my honest and final opinionated thought. It was easy to use and easy to clean but it didn’t do what I was expecting it to do. Hope you have better luck. Thank you for your time.

As I’ve gotten older my allergies have gotten much worse. As a result I’ve had to blow my nose more and more often and sometimes doing so will cause pressure changes in the ear, and sometimes I felt like I was under water all day which is the worst. I am sorry for the gross photo… but trust me I could’ve shown worse than that. Doing landscaping I’ve got all kinds of things invading my eyes noes ears and mouth, and it wasn’t only ear wax that I was able to easily and comfortably remove from my ear. So this clever design allowed me to not just rid myself of ear wax in general.. but I was able to (metaphorically) stick my head above water for the first time since early March when pollen started messing with me… and the added bonus was the dust and dirt and whatnot that had been stuck in my ear too lol. This product is very very soft and for my ear at least can’t be pushed too far in, I tried to go as deep as possible very gradually and carefully to test these things out and I couldn’t create any discomfort regardless of what I did. What a magnificent feeling to remove that junk.Lastly comes the black piece that comes with this product (all in a convenient Tupperware like case that snaps closed tightly) is a very soft spoon shape on one end and the other is a cool little “brush”, the bristles just happen to be soft silicone just like the main tools tips are. So the black brush was the finishing touch to this awesome ear cleaning kit…By the way… dishwasher seems like a perfect way to sanitize when finished with the product. Yes easily disposed of tips with 12 extras. But The brush tool and the main tool need to be cleaned and dishwasher is best way to clean with minimal effort.Best 10 bucks or so I’ve spent in years!

The product seems like it would work quite good for soft ear wax. However, the intended user has very dry and hard ear wax. The tips are too soft to grip and remove "dried, caked" ear wax.I initially gave them 3 stars, but the seller will not "honor" a review of less than 4 stars in order to receive their "thank-you-for-a-review" gift.

This item is cheaply made, and of course the quality is terrible. The plastic tip I feel are too short and when you insert the tip in your ear the top part of the handle has a plastic piece that scratches your ear painfully. I used it only once. Now the reason why I give it two stars its because of the little black tools. These are very useful but you must be very careful because you can damage your ear drum if you stick it in without proper care.

THIS ear wax Removal kit is very helpfull and a good cleanerit is very easy and safe to use and very soft , i recommend this product so much.also has a good reasonnable price. WORTH BUYING

Fool me once, shame on me.The ad I saw for these things made them look superior for cleaning ears. They don’t do anything. You must have to have the most disgusting ears in the world for this thing to work.Zip, zero, not a! But then after that, I was able to clean my ears with a cotton swab successfully. It turns out my ears were always very clean and I fell for this Gimmick
