Proper working zippers make 5 Stars
I love this bag, could’ve been a 5 star product. However straight out of the box all of the zippers gave me issues. Each one stuck like it had fabric caught in it. I checked and felt around no loose strings. I know there is a product I can get to lubricate the zipper but I shouldn’t have to do this with a brand new bag. Other than the zipper. Absolutely no issues. It’s beautiful, sturdy , our cat loves it. Plenty of room. She’s 7 years old and almost 9 lbs. Our 10lb Maltese mix dog also fits. It’s a little more snug but he just lays there as a 13 yr old.

Too small
Very small - not the usual size of a carrier advertised as large. Even my runt sized kitty would not be comfortable in this carrier. Return was easy.

Cute but tore.
It’s super cute and Sadie loves it. But it tore after our first car ride. :( I honestly may buy it again because it was so cute and Sadie loves it

Loved it until….
Unfortunately after one day of use one of the supporting sticks has popped out which is a hazard for pup. Besides this it is a beautiful carrier and my pup has been comfy in it. Wouldn’t recommend for any puppy larger than about 10lbs.
