Exactly what I needed.
Fit perfectly and fixed the issue with my GE refrigerator compressor not starting. Just had to swap over the capacitor and install the new part. Make sure to check and vacuum any dust from the coil in the back of the refrigerator to insure proper air flow.

Exact reeplacement for GE #225D1204P003 but does not include the overload capacitor
Confirmed this successfully replaces GE #225D1204P003 start relay but this DOES NOT include the overload capacitor itself, which is a resin-filled black cube that plugs in to the top of this unit and includes a lip which slides over the flagpole-like post that protrudes from the top of the relay "assembly" (meaning, its black plastic case). Forget about the nonsense on other sites describing the white insert on the underside of the assembly as the overload capacitor. The white insert is the overload protector, and this package comes with both the relay and the overload protector. The black plastic housing you see in these pictures is the "relay assembly" which enables you to connect the overload capacitor with the relay and then plug the combined package into the compressor. This is why this product's description reads "Relay and Overload Assembly" - it meaning that it has on the top of it the two-prong plug and post that the capacitor plugs into. If you have only a bad GE #225D1204P003 start relay (mine was clicking very loudly but the compressor was warm but not starting), you can unplug the bad relay from the compressor, unplug the overload capacitor from the bad relay, plug the capacitor into this WR07X10097 with no adjustments needed, and then plug the assembled unit into the side of the compressor. You will have a working refrigerator again within a few minutes and the loud clicking noise gone. This cannot fix a bad compressor!
