Difficult to size, install, and keep up
I wanted this rod to install curtains in order to separate my bedroom from my patio door entrance…which is in my bedroom 😂I found these difficult to install however because you have to make sure you have the exact length first in order for the rod to stay up; as opposed to sizing during installation like most tension rods. I hope this makes sense 😅 If the length is wrong, the whole rod has to come down, resized and tightened—it HAS to be tightened before putting the rod up which makes it difficult to install properly. I find that every time you want to resize it during installation, it loosens the rod and falls apart. Also, the rubber stoppers on the ends of the rods for the tension are not properly secured and one came off during installation, I tried to glue it back on and decided it just wouldn’t stay on so I used the rod with only one rubber end. The rod was only up a few hours before it fell down, and during the second installation, the second rubber end came off.The rod is still currently up but I’m going to find a better tension rod for the spot I need it for and use this rod something else—I want curtains for my wardrobe so might be used there! 😁

No grip on tile and flimsy
I have it installed and tightened and much as I can get it but it definitely won’t hold long. The rubber ends slide against tile and just applying the smallest amount of pressure with my hand it was moving. If you really wanna keep this rod you’d best get some of those rid rests with the sticky adhesive (not sure what they’re actually called). I will return this junk once I have a new rod

Not sturdy.
Quality is not good. Fell down once already. Not sturdy at all, bends when you try to tighten it more, but if you don't tighten it enough, it just falls down. Nice color.

Does not hold fabric curtains
First of all, the instructions are confusing - its cheap as hell - I thought I'd be getting this is one piece, and instead it comes apart which ultimately makes it less sturdy. It will not stay up holding my fabric curtian, a complete piece of junk. Do not buy if your shower curtain is not super lightweight.

Don’t do it
Don’t bother, these are cheap with terrible tension mechanisms, I’ve had for two months and they constantly fall down. Will be replacing with traditional curtain rods, no more tension poles for me.
