Wouldn’t recommend
My cat always comes home with this on and the airtag in. However, when she is inside and if I forgot to take it off her, she will play with it and I will later find the Airtag out of the case. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone with cats that play with their collars or are unsupervised outdoor cats if you’re trying to avoid the Airtag from falling out.
