Classy, classic, versatile everyday dinner plates
There's really nothing to not like about these plates. As they say, they are fully glazed, which makes them smooth all over, unlike many dishes that are unglazed where they would rest on the table. I've used them as my primary dinner plates for several weeks now, and I can't imagine going back to my old ones. These have just the right heft -- not so light that they feel cheap, but not so heavy that they are awkward to clean -- and are just the right size for reasonable portions of food. They're relatively low-profile, too, so you can stack quite a lot of them in a small space. I bought a second set already, they're that good.

Sturdy, beautiful, and simple
I love these plates. They are simple but heavy and very well-made. They make every meal feel special. This brand is worth it. No chips, no issues with these plates after nearly 8 months of continuous use. I love them so much!

beautiful dinner plates
These plates have a timeless, classic shape and wonderful glaze to them. They are, of course, a huge upgrade from my stoneware set.I like everything about them – they are relatively thin and lightweight for china. The dinner plate weighs in at 620g (1lb 6oz), which feels like a good weight for a plate. With the stoneware set I had, I felt like I was getting a workout simply getting them out of the cupboard. One thing I love is the shape – it feels really good in the hands, like a soft cloud. I'll say it's from both the curves (especially the roundness of the bottom) as well as the fact the glaze covers the entire plate (including the bottom). It just fits and feels great. Now, the plates aren't perfect – there are blemishes on every one, but only *underneath the plate*. Most of them are consistent on every plate, so would appear to be part of the manufacturing process.I'm really happy to be using these. They are beautiful plates which are likely to last for a very long time.I hope that you found my review Helpful !

Amazing quality
This is such good quality. From packaging to the actual item. The dinner plates are strong. They look great presentation wise. They would make a great gift. Years of enjoyment for whomever receives this.

Very nice but just don't expect perfection
These are beautiful plates but one of them has a bit of a dimple on the finish and all of the backs of the plates have imperfections from I suppose how they sat during the glazing process, as well as random other imperfections on the back. Of course, no one will ever see the backs except you or whoever is cleaning up.That said, I probably won't be ordering more for myself to complete the 12 that I had planned for when ordering these, but my husband and I will enjoy using these for just the two of us daily. They have a nice weight to them and I like the size. It's smaller than the Apilco dinner plates that I've had for 30 years.

Going to replace most my cookware with Made In Products
I've said it before and I'll continue to say it, Made In only makes quality pieces! They have nailed the timeless design and I absolutely love it! Never in my life did I think I'd be getting stoked about nice plates and yet here we are!The build quality on these are as amazing as you'd think. I have accidentally drop these onto my counter from about a foot and the plate thankfully survived (no plate should ever see that much airtime!). These are ideal for setting the foundation to your dishes.Though the price may seem steep to most allow me to tell you that what you get greatly exceeds what you pay for. If you are serious about your home cooking and want a set that will outlast you, look no more!

High quality dinner plates. Good brand.
Made In Cookware - Dinner PlatesI became aware of this Made in England brand, and I like the fact that these dishes are not made in China but produced in Europe.Likes:? For the price, these had better be high quality, and indeed these are really nice dishes. These have nice weight, but are more like china, rather than stoneware. They fit together in the pantry rather easily. I opted for the white. After using dishes with a pattern, these are not boring at all, but very pleasing with good food served on them. These are not clearly machine made and are not perfectly symmetrical either.Dislikes?: These are not the cheapest option available. You are paying for the quality and place of manufacture (which personally I prefer). Also, due to the manufacture, there are slight pocks on three places on the bottom which are almost unnoticeable, but I found them thanks to other reviewers. Honestly, these didn't bother me at all.Overall: This is a really nice complement to the other Made in England dishes offered. The size is abut perfect, not too big or too small. These look nice and have a wait look and feel.

Hands-down without a doubt, my favorite plates I've ever eaten off of- love these so much!!!
Wow!!! These plates are amazing!! And I never thought I would say this because I'm a very frugal person- but they are worth the price. I love the way they feel in your hands. They are so smooth and nice. The perfect weight. Your food looks amazing on them- it doesn't matter if it's McDonald's, it's gonna look great. I got a set to replace the Corelle we'd been using that was our favorite but I had found out contained lead. We don't have to worry about that with these. And they just feel and look great. I'm able to put them right beside each other in the dishwasher and there's plenty of room for them to get clean. I don't have to spread them out like another set of plates that I own. We eat off of these every single day. They are so well made and durable. I never thought in a million years that I would pay $25/ plate but that's exactly what I'm planning to do to have an 8 piece set of these. Then I'll be saving and getting the same brand bowls as well. I don't want to eat off of anything else now. I 10/10 recommend these, even for the price.
