Others have stated that this liquid formula is bitter, I suppose that's a matter of taste. I find the taste exotic. This 'Horbäach Ashwagandha Root Liquid Extract' has just the ever slightest flavor of licorice, and the also the slightest taste of prune with a type of a minty aftertaste. All of these 'flavors' are merely a description to assay to give one a simple description, although, ashwagandha has a unique taste all of its own. I put it under the tongue, and find that if I take a sip of fine quality black coffee after, the combination is quite exilerating. Also, it is very effective in leveling mood and balancing hormones. I recommend 1/2 dropper in the morning upon waking and 1/2 dropper just before bed to maintain a smooth demeanor round the clock. As well, I find no side effects, such as; drowsiness, etc...

tastes horrible but works well.
really wish they added some sort of flavoring or something to this. It seems very effective but it tastes like rasians and ground up roots. i’m not sure how long i’ll be able to stomach taking this without eventually dreading every dose with a passion. make sure to have a drink on hand , something very strong flavored juice or something.
