I bought this for my wife, who had a lot of issues with multiple other brands of multivitamin for women. Issues where hard to swallow, bad after taste, and gas and constipation problems. But wit SLOW none of these issues were faced, It is an easy to swallow capsule with a nice mild peppermint flavor and no gastric issues.But most importantly, there seems to be a good improvement in her health with the continuous usage of the product.PS: I too am using SLOW for men. very happy with the product.Only negative is that its a bit too expensive.

Have been using this product in BD dosing as recommended by the brand. My hair(reduced hairfall) and skin have become visibly better. These are the most pronounced effects which I could see. And saying so I have been really unimpressed by my hair quality since very long. The taste is minty , easy to swallow. No aftertaste. Ordered my second batch!

the packaging of this product was amazing. and the capsule luks like some kind of candy which i really like about this product. this multivitamin have lot of benifits i dont think i should write this down u already know . but since when i m using this product i feel like i have lot of energy in my body. i m more focused in my studies becoz of vitamin B3 in this product overall best multivitamin i have ever used

I bought this vitamin supplement after reading all the reviews. Regrettably now realise reviews can be so misleading. I bought this expensive vitamin supplement thinking it will be great as the reviews say. Mainly I bought it as a PMS support. As a woman in my 30s the periods can be super painful. Especially the PMS part. I thought I this time my periods will be easy with this supplement. I was also hoping to have lot of energy. Here’s what I went through after I started eating these pills. 1st week. As soon as I started these pills I started experiencing a lot of lethargy. I wanted to sleep more but wasn’t getting quality sleep for some reason. I practically had to drag myself from the bed.2nd week. I had good energy, so did a lot of walking, house cleaning, pet walking, dancing. Was in a happier state too mentally. But my skin was losing its tightness & plumpness. Face wasn’t glowing like before……even after getting an expensive facial treatment done from a reputed salon.3rd week. My periods have been delayed for the first time in my life. My periods never delay more than 3-4 days. It’s been 7 days and no sign of my periods. I’m feeling extremely lethargic & bloated. There’s pain in my lower tummy/back/legs. Im literally not able to bend that easily. Im very worried about my periods now. Going to stop this pill and see what happens.I wrote this huge review only to warn other women. Be careful and watchful when you start eating this pill. I don’t know what the hell they put in this pill. But it’s not worth Rs.1500 only to have your periods delayed or cramping in your body. I will not be buying this again!!!Edit:- So I stopped taking this pill and viola I got my periods after two days. I threw this expensive vitamin in the dustbin. 1500 down the drain but I’m better off without this pill. Is it a contraceptive pill or multivitamin god knows. I started gummy multivitamins after this and they are amazing. Please upvote my review so more women will read this and not fall for the marketing gimmicks by this company.

So far the vitamin appears to be good. I have not noticed any changes in my PMS symptoms yet. I'll have labs drawn soon so I will be able to assess just how effective they are at that point.

I do love this multivitamin, but its packaging is so excessive that I don't want to buy it. Why do they put a bottle inside of a box, inside of a box? We can do better for the planet and it starts with these companies.
