Killed the lice & eggs. I did not see any lice 1 week after treating, but I applied a 2nd application to be certain. Scalp was kind of irritated, so I like that this product was gentle on the skin.

This product box was ripped open and clearly was a returned item. I would have liked to return it but the system would not allow me to. Not happy

I was disappointed to find that the bottle was only 2/3 full when I opened it. The size is quite misleading, and the company should consider using smaller bottles if they’re going to put in less product. Not only does this affect the environment negatively but it reflects badly on the company’s image. Despite this, the product works quite well.
