It has that pill taste however it’s worth it. I appreciate that it takes care of my needs without making me feel lethargic or shaky.

They're so big and make me gag every time I take one, they taste and smell awful but I'm hoping the benefits are worth it.***UPDATE*** 1/18/24 - I am going back to these after trying Women's Centrum, they were horrible and left me in constant stomach discomfort and bloating! I am now grateful to have found these. Big and will make you gag but gave me NO issues at all! From 3 stars to 5!

I thought it was going to be a capsule. It ended up being a very large hard solid pill.Tried with my pill cutter to make it in small pieces, but it’s so hard and sharp, it kept getting stuck in my throat and mouth.And I can’t return I haven’t even opened it yet, I figured it was too loud to be a capsule, when I shook the bottle. Not for me.

Nothing much to say about this product except pill was large to swallow.
