Devacurl Microfiber Towel

I really had no idea how one of these would work and I considered purchasing other less expensive ones, but I decided to go ahead with the DevaCurl curl since I’ve been so impressed with all their other products. Well, I can say this one did not disappoint! I never thought the way I dry my hair in the morning could have such an impact on my curls throughout the day. I’ve never been a person who uses a towel vigorously to dry my hair, I always just squeeze out the water, but this made a difference even in that. I don’t have soft bouncy curls or smooth waves that just a little bit of help, I have dry, frizzy, over processed, split ends, etc and my result is very big frizzy hair. My curls look best when they’re wet and using this towel and a light defining gel mixed with the mirror curls has been my saving cocktail. I have frizzy hair on the sides where I’m always pulling those hairs back and this towel makes everything just that much better when you use the DevaCurl products. I’m trying to think of every curly haired friend I know and insisting they purchase this!

If you look at the photo on this site, it’s of two white towels with green trim (I’ve had I one I have for about 7 years and wanted a new one). What you get is a large gray microfiber towel. NOT what I wanted

Way too small. More like a washcloth than towel. If you have thick hair it gets soaked before you make it through all your hair. I’ll be purchasing another brand and watching the dimensions

Product is very very small. I dont like it. Also it has a very very very strong chemically smell.

Works great! Kind of small if you are trying to use it to plop, or if you have a lot/ thick hair! I tie my hair up in it but mine is fairly fine and it’s a tight squeeze (probably too tight and crushes my curls a little.) It’s about hand towel size.

It does dry hair, I'll give it that, but I had my frizz under control, used it two days in a row & both days I had bad frizz. It actually took me a while to get the frizz under control again, even after I stopped using it. Maybe it depends on the curls you have, but it's a no-go for me unfortunately. :(

I bought a devatowel years ago and was looking for a replacement. This is really thin and tiny by comparison. It also reeks and smells like gasoline. I can’t imagine this is a real devatowel...look elsewhere! Due to the awful smell I still have a headache from opening this package 30 minutes later..!

This towel works well it to pull the water out of my very fine abundant hair. However I was really disappointed in the petrochemical smell that was in this towel. It took me a number of washes to make it go away.

Absorbs water. My only complaint is the size wish it was double the size

The towel is great - but I have long hair and a lot of it, so the size is not great - definitely could be bigger.

Nice, just very very small.

I wish it was a little bigger, but it's incredibly soft, absorbent, and gentle on wet hair.

Great for curly hair. prevents frizz.
