I started to get a clicking noise in four wheel drive, especially in hard corners. Turns out I had a cracked boot and water had come in. Super easy install. Took the old one out and slid in the new one! No more clicking.

if I have problems I will update this review. These fit my 1993 K1500 perfectly. They are not OEM. The CV boots felt strong and durable. My stock CV axles lasted 30 years, I saved them to get them rebuilt. In 1993 GM still made great stuff. I only need 4wd in the winter. IF these last 10 years I will be happy. Installation was helped by watching You tube videos. There is a procedure to get them in and out. On my vehicle I needed new Torsion bar attachments, so I just cut the old ones off with a SAWZALL. Or the other options is remove the shocks. Plan on replacing one or the other. I live in the rust belt BTW. I'd buy these again. The CV boot seems legit heavy duty.

At 219,000 miles, I was still on one original axle shaft, having replaced the driver’s side axle about 7 years ago. The outer boot on the new one was cracked but not leaking (yet), so I went with these, advertised as being designed for “extreme weather”. They went in just fine and seem well made. Time will tell and I will update accordingly.

The product fit perfectly, and came in the box as described. If needed I would order this product again.
