This chart tries to teach the difference between wrought iron and steel, yet confuses wrought iron for steel in that very section. In the wrought iron column, the chart claims that wrought iron has a greater tensile strength than wrought iron! I’m fairly certain that is meant to go on the right, under the steel column.Also, the steel column claims that steel contains 2-4% carbon. Is this a joke? No, good heavens, no. That’s the carbon content of *cast iron.*Steel typically contains around 0.35% to 1% carbon, but the actual range of what can still be considered steel is from 0.05% carbon to 2% carbon. Anything higher than 2% is cast iron.I am not sure what other information on this chart is wrong, but if they got something as fundamental as this wrong, and they can’t seem to figure out what information goes in which column, I wouldn’t put any trust in the rest of this poster without first checking a more reliable source.

My niece’s husband has set his garage up for blacksmithing. So I thought this would be a nice addition for decoration and information purposes. He loved it!!!
