Review: Chose this over the Flybird. - For the PA500 version (with the lumbar support, I'm just not using it) first impressions are great. The foam padding seems much better quality than the other benches I looked at, Its nice and firm seems to keep its shape and not too soft to where the vinyl gets all messed up. Very sturdy out of the box, easy to assemble, the adjustable knobs on the bottom of the legs help level the whole thing out. I will update this review if it becomes less sturdy over time. The only downside Id say is the size of the gap between the seat is bigger than most other benches but its not a deal breaker and can be filled with a rolled up towel or piece of foam during use. Bench folds down nicely and fits under the bed. Overall 5 stars, delivered on time and packaged very well. Perfect for home gym.
