Love the longer rise and in seam
Texas beach in June approved! I wear layers upon layers of sunblock, wear a upf hat, upf long sleeves and needed some inexpensive swim trunks. The trunks protected me from the sun and I did not have to worry about burning there. I didn't feel the material was too thick or hot. It was cool both in the water and just sitting on the beach. I am about 150lbs, normal a small in tops and am a size 6 in bottoms with hips that don't lie. I ordered a medium after reading reviews and these run a tad on the small side. The medium is a bit snug but worked well for my hourglass figure. the high rise and the longer in seam really felt comfortable, I'm going to order more. These are really form fitting and very comfortable and they get the job done, way less expensive than your big name brands and these are quality trunks. I would even wear them as an everyday pair of shorts although the built in panty bottom thing might feel awkward 🤔

Nice shorts not just for swim
Very comfy swim shorts. Dry fit fabric dries quickly. Nice waistband, doesn’t create muffin top. Love the pockets and built in panty. Can be worn as leisure shorts. Will be wearing these all summer, not only for swim.

Nice swimsuit shorts
Love the swimsuit bottoms. They fit perfectly. I washed them and they came out with no wrinkles. I bought a size medium and I am 128 lbs. I like the way they fit in the legs and not loose.

Returned - pockets gaped open
I have other Baleaf swim shorts (with 2" inseam) that I LOVE, and I was hoping that I would love this pair, too. But, no, I returned this pair of shorts. Although the fabric was nice, the liner was comfortable, and the fit was perfect, the pockets were subpar. They gaped open while moving and while holding a phone, which was unflattering. The pockets need a zipper or velcro closure to provide a smooth look.

Great swim shorts!
I absolutely LOVE these swim shorts!! I wore them extensively on a trip to Cancun. I have ordered different colors for this summer. Being 55, I was concerned the inseam would be too short for my old thighs, but they are long enough (and I will not wear short shorts). They are comfortable, and they didn’t slide down, even when I was rolling in the waves, trying to body surf. The medium is perfect; I am 5’3 and 145 pounds. If you like swim shorts rather than regular swim suit bottoms, these are perfect. One could also wear them as regular shorts. I’m thrilled they have worked for me!!

Great for kayaking
I’m 5’6, 137 lbs. medium fits perfectly. These were perfect for kayaking - dried quickly and long enough for right coverage without looking weird. They also have a pocket for your cell phone or whatever on the side, so great for gardening, casual activities where you may get wet, but need something longer on your legs. I’m picky and I really recommend these.
