The faucet arrived very shortly after being ordered. The install was easy, and after installation, the faucet is very sturdy. It looks beautiful and works as expected. There was a minor issue with the order, but I called the supplier and they corrected the issue immediately (better than I would’ve expected), without charge. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Upgraded our bathroom with new free standing tub, this was perfect fit. Did need to get replacement hose, support was very responsive and took care of everything.

I purchase more then one of this freestanding tub filler and the quality is excellent I have only one problem the hose was to long after call the number on paper work I got help quick and resolved my problem I will recommend this company

Our contractor had some difficulty installing this and I think had to buy a small part or two to ensure sturdiness, and compatible hookup. Other than that, it looks classy and stylish and is exactly what we wanted. Functionally, we have had no issues, and its fill rate is quite good. The price compared to other products is excellent. Given all considered, we are happy and rating this 5 stars.

Great customer service!!! Very awesome product. Our plumber Needed a custom hose and they provided it with just a phone call. So so so happy that it was stress free. The faucet looks beautiful and the hand held sprayer works great if you have little ones. The lady that helped us was very kind and understanding making sure we had the right measurements.
