Q: Do the white grids come with the magnet sheet? If not, how come some of the pictures of reviews show with the grids?

This kit comes with magnets only. The look of the grid is your actual paint on your garage door. You place 4 magnets per inset panel and it gives you the look of a window. I love mine. 20 minutes, no painting, and no mess and your metal garage door looks like it has the carriage house windows without the expense of purchasing a new door.

Q: My garage door sensors are triggered when these magnetic panels are applied, why would this happen? I even applied only 2, sensors still triggered.

Hello , Turn off the sensor, install the magnetic panels , then turn on. Try it . If there is any problem , please contact us .

Q: How do you install them so that the magnets are straight and not crooked?

Hello, just stick it directly on the garage door. If there is a bend, you can flatten it with a heavy object. Then install. Pay attention to distinguish the two sides, the matte side contains magnetism, attached to the garage door. the bright light does not contain magnetism and faces outward.

Q: Had to cancel..found out my doors are aluminum. Is there adhesive ones?

If you want adhesive ones, you may have to search for them. I've seen some who have painted on their garage.
