Works great
Did exactly why I needed it to do. If I redo another trailer Iāll be buying from this company again.

Much better than original springs for vintage trailers
I restore vintage trailers and new springs are now a standard for me. The old springs of a similar weight rating were twice as heavy and with several more leafs. They lifted the trailer a few inches and made the ride more even. The low cost makes it an easy switch more than well worth the money. I had help the first couple times but have now done several by myself and plan to continue using on all my trailers which are small vintage types from the 50s and 60s.

Less than 8 miles and 1 spring is failing!
I live right by the boat ramp, my trailer never sees road speed, I wash the entire boat and trailer with salt away every trip. My original springs lasted from 2005 to 2022 and were starting to sag. These are less than a year old, and the 2nd leaf of 1 spring has about 4 inches missing off each end! It has caused kind of a kink in the top leaf. I thought at first maybe, somehow I missed that they weren't stacked properly from the factory. Nope. Comparing the other side, the other leafs are the correct length for their position. The 2nd from the top is short. I have no idea when this happened, i just happen to be under there measuring for new fenders. This is NOT safe!
