I got a small size as I'm a size 12 but it looks like a medium on me when I wore it and it folds when worn .it doest stick to your skin .If you are looking for something to snatch your tummy not sure this will do the magic except if are looking for something comfortable and not tight

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
This “waist trainer” or whatever you want to call it does absolutely nothing. I got a size smaller that what the size chart says and it still does absolutely nothing. It’s really stretchy so doesn’t hold you in at all. Just feels like i’m wearing a vest.
