Smart Sensing Snake Cat Toy, Rechargeable Interactive Toy With Automatic Obstacle Detection and S-Shaped Movement, for Cats

This is our second snakey. The first eventually died after a year, mainly from picking up too much hair and fuzz in its roller-feet. I did take the first one apart and picked out the fuzz with tweezers, but one wheel eventually stopped working completely, rendering the snakey just moving in a tight circle. Thus the replacement. Anyway, the cats sit and watch it until it stops, then pounce on it to get it moving again. This is great brain stimulation for indoor cats. It is a bit noisy, so turn it on when you're not in the room, or tune it out.

The first snake I ordered lasted for less than 30 minutes before it broke. The replacement snake made it three days for a total of 2 hours and is now only partially working. It is fully charged and only runs at half power. I don't recommend purchasing...

My super toy loving, crazy orange tabby cat (1-2 year old rescue cat) loves this toy. He frequently tries to take it off the charger because he loves playing with it so much. He loves all interactive cat toys. He has flippity fish, and an interactive bird toy that are great quality. This snake is very lifelike, but one of the wheels underneath of the snake within a week stopped working. My bf cannot fix it. The battery runs down terribly. After a month of having the snake (2 weeks we were on vacation and he didn’t even play with it), he can no longer really play with his snake if it’s not on the charger. Even after fully charged, it lasts for at most 10 mins, and the one tire is dead and the tongue on the snake no longer works either. The absolute ONLY reason I’m considering buying him a replacement is because he loved his snake so much when it first came out of the box. They need to make this product for $30 that lasts for 6-9 months like his other toys, even with vigorous play. It’s a shame for my cat. If you have a cat that is going to love this toy and will play with it, be advised that this likely won’t be your first purchase.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this toy snake because my cat's love chasing things. Don't worry not only are they indoor cats, snakes don't live in my state so no chance of coming into contact with a real snake. Not only were the cats entertained but so was I. In terms of operation it worked pretty well except it got stuck a couple times once exiting off the area rug and the other when it was listed under a cabinet. One cat figured out pretty quickly that she needed to tap the nose to make it move again after it stops. The other took a few minutes to not be freaked out but both ended up liking it. A little noisy on hardwood but not bad on carpet.

The media could not be loaded. This is a great toy for playful cats. I love that it’s rechargeable so we’re not using batteries. Also love that you can just leave it out and the cats activate it themselves. My 2 year old cat chases it, fights it and generally enjoys the snake. His sister is a little wary of it. It’s a little noisy but you always know where it’s at. The movements are great! You need to clean the wheels out every now and then. Definitely recommend for cat entertainment especially if you’re busy and they are left alone at times.

After 2 weeks it will not hold a charge. It just goes around in a circle now, a very slow circle.

Must have a sensor or something because it comes close to a wall and stops and backs up. Only fault is where floor goes to carped or if you have a wire basket or something and it gets stuck. Recharge is reasonable and battery life with all that it does is really impressive. It even doesn't have a problem with stairs which I don't understand. But over all good buy, I love it, cat is intrigued, maybe not attack mode but yeah, it gets and holds her attention (I say this after just watching it myself run around the room for an hour) good buy

I have never written a review before - but if I can stop some people from buying this horrible toy I decided to write this. First - the concept is great-my cat loves it. BUT it only works about a week. Since she loves it so much I have ordered this 5 times from different manufacturers. I have returned all and will not order again as within a week one of the wheels stops working. She will miss this toy - but enough insanity
