No it is not gel, I use it and get a Sally Hansens clear coat gel and put on top, it will last for weeks.

No lamp required. It’s just like regular polish and comes off with regular nail polish remover

Q: can you use this with Dazzle DRY base & top coat?

Have no idea. I would think you could.
