The one thing I have noticed is that my stomach has calmed down. My bathroom visits have been cut down to 1 or 2 a day. I also have noticed that the stomach pains and cramping have almost been eliminated. I can't wait to see the long term results but I noticed improvement almost immediately. I noticed people complaining about the taste. It doesn't taste like Metamucil Orange but I find mixing with Gatorade makes it more palatable. The change this stuff has done for me is worth it.

I really like Dr. Danielle’s Gut Assist. It mixes well, has a mild taste, and feels gentle on my stomach. After using it consistently, I’ve noticed better digestion. I also love that it’s vegan, gluten-free, and has no fillers. Definitely a supplement I’d recommend!

I suffer with acid reflux, indigestion, and ibs. This stuff has helped relive so many of my issues. I genuinely can tell a difference when I take it versus when I don’t. The taste isn’t the best - but squirt some mio water enhancement to it and you’re good to go. This product works miracles

The taste is really bad so I just mix it up n suck it down with a straw real quick. There’s really no after taste n you don’t burp it once ingested. So far so good with this product

Doesn't taste too bad and soothes my stomach, but I was hoping it would help my digestive issues more. I felt it was too expensive and would not order it again. The texture is a bit gritty too.

I used this product in the morning. On day 3 I started experiencing terrible abdomen pain and constipation. I discontinued taking this product and in 2 days the pain was gone. I since then have heard that glutamine is a feeder for cancer cells. I do not know if this is a legit claim but it wouldn't surprise me. I cannot return this product since it was purchased on Amazon so this will be the last time I purchase anything that I haven't used or trust. I was forced to give a one-star rating!

Really helps my gut. This is my second jar of this and I am confident in saying that this has really helped healed my gut. Of course there were other factors but this is a key component. If you have bad breath, painful digestion, really bad smelling body odor, and bowel movements, this can help. But also see a guy specialist.

I was recently reading articles on Leaky Guts and while researching products, I came across this one. I must say, I’m glad I did. I sometimes suffer from indigestion and frequently from acid reflux. I have been in a long term relationship with TUMS. And would many times wake up in the middle of the night having to chew 3-4 to be able to control the reflux and go back to sleep. I have been taking this product now for approximately 2-3 weeks and have not had any incidents of reflux at all! Even if I over indulge with reflux triggers like alcohol. I have not had to take 1 TUMS at all! I am definitely going to continue to purchase and use this product as it has worked positively for me. I recommend anyone with similar issues to give this a try. BTW I purchased the Orange flavor and mix it in with 6 ounce of Orange Juice every morning. Taste great. You won’t notice any change in flavor.

Orange has a disgusting smell. Tastes nasty. Even other family members in Kitchen commented on how bad the smell is. Just get the other flavour berry - much better.
