Spine Stretching Equipment - Two in One Back & Lumbar Stretcher (Green) by SENYX

This is the best that I have felt in months! I have extremely compressed disks that have brought me the [most extreme] extreme pain that I could have imagined. Compression in my lumbar and cervical spine bring on excruciating pain. I've been to a chiropractor and pain specialists and the shot helped a little. However, I have more sites than C7 where I got the shot. I still could not turn my head to the right or reach forward without crying out in pain. I was crying (no, wailing) in pain every single night and day. I got this on Jul 13th, 2015. On the very first use, it hurt like the dickens. I promptly right back into the box in which it was shipped. The next day when I came in from work, I saw it sitting on the floor of my office and decided to try it on my bed. T stayed on it for about 90 seconds but the next day, I noticed that I was not making that hissing sound when the pain hit. Then it hit me: that pain didn't hit! I still have some pain, but not like before. I'm also using the inversion table, so between the both of them, I am hoping to cancel my surgery scheduled for 9/3/15.

Very solid piece of equipment. A little pricey but it's definitely high quality. A little too curved for me initially but my back is starting to loosen up all over, lower to mid-upper. Still haven't used the extender but maybe in a couple months. I would suggest a partner when doing this or some type of rails so you can get off without hurting yourself.

Wish the instruction enclosed had more details. I bought it because of back problem. Don't want to make it worst by using it wrongly!

I really couldn't use it, the curvature is just too steep/high and obviously it is not adjustable. I tried hard a few times but couldn't get into the stretching position, it felt like it was going to cause injury so I gave up.I exercise "quite" regularly, I play soccer often, so my back is not too bad, but since I have an office job and sit a lot during the week I do get occasional back pain so I wanted something to help with that. Unfortunately it wasn't what I expected. I bought instead an adjustable plastic stretcher which works great (on the least aggressive setting).

This product will definitely give your back a good stretch. I am using the product and getting used to it. I am also able to use it to stretch my feet and calves by placing my feet on the board, this is great for my plantar fasciitis.

First time I used this was someone brought it into work. I laid down on it and my spine cracked probably 5 times. Felt so good, I had to get one for myself. I haven't gotten the cracking experience since the first time I used it, but it's a good stretch none the less

Fast shipping, good product. I'm glad that I paid a little more to buy a solid product. My back loves it, btw I'm a big guy over 6 ft and it fits me. I used it for two stretches, the lower back lumbar area and mid back just below the shoulder blades.
