I bought this for our game room and was amazed at the sound quality. I have a more expensive unit downstairs and love this one more. Loved it so much I bought one for my parents. Now they love it too.

Arrived in time, it’s as shown on photo, but I must say that after using it for a month, it’s not as loud as I would of wish it would be, when playing a movie, I don’t get that movie watching feeling. The sound is clear but sounds kind of low and at times, and I feel the woofer don’t make no sound at all.But if you live in an apartment and can’t make much noise, this speaker would be good to have.

If you’re looking for a sound bar and subwoofer that’s a bit less expensive than more known brand ones then this is it, which is me so it’s good enough for me. If you’re looking for quality and not worried about price, then please look at more known brand products. The bass is not the best. At least with my setup. And don’t believe the 3D audio junk, tested it and as I expected it, doesn’t really work like it’s described on here. So be wary

Bought the soundbar 7mo ago and today it died. Loud screeching and popping instead of sound coming through. Emailed support, will wait and see what happens.Edit: customer support did respond to my email. After leaving it unplugged all night and adjusting some settings that they suggested it is working again..... For now.I'm skeptical about the speakers longevity and Audvoi has told me that this only comes with a 6mo warranty.Three stars because I don't think this is going to last very long but the company is responsive to try and help.Edit2: The company has reached and upgraded my warranty to a full year to help protect the product.

Update: After a plea from the manufacturer, I've revisited this review and added a star. I sat down and ran the system through a few more tests after giving it time to 'break-in'. I don't notice a difference, but maybe the initial two star rating was too harsh, given the price. The fact is, this sound bar DOES add bass, and it DOES make stuff loud, and it IS pretty affordable. However, the actual sound quality remains 'okay', like it has the most critical frequencies, but it's missing the frequencies that round out the tone and blend everything together. I've had an old Sony 5 disc surround sound system and an old Panasonic home theater system, and the quality on those was great to the point where you didn't notice the sound. This system makes me understand how good those were.Bottom line: I'd take this sound bar/subwoofer over stock TV speakers, my wife thinks they are fine, and they do work for general purpose TV watching, but I'm eventually going to spend more to find something with more satisfying sound.--------Original Review-------------I buy soundbars to get more clarity and fullness from the main speakers and to get a full low end from a subwoofer. The soundbar itself is very disappointing. At one point, I even checked to make sure the TV speakers weren't the ones generating the sound. It is tinny and harsh, without the fullness I'd expect. The subwoofer is better than nothing, but I'm not blown away, even upping the bass to +6. I tested the system by watching The Avengers, and the whole thing was underwhelming, especially given the other positive reviews. I've got old computer speakers that deliver a higher quality sound.
