This item is game changer! Great quality and I notice a huge different with my body when I use it. Sits extremely easy to use, you just plug in, get cozy and turn it on. I chose this over all because it combines both red light and infrared red light all in one. It’s well made and high quality but also super light weight. I have it hanging from a small hook above my bed and can simply unplug it and carry it with me to another room. Sometimes I prop it up on a countertop. It’s very simple with no remote control. Just plug in and flip the switch on the cord. I can feel it working. I have a neurological condition and a little time under this does helps my shakes go away or lessen the larger uncontrolled movements. When I feel cold shivers and stand in front of this, I don’t feel warm but the shivering gone. My skin does look greater than before and this has become part of my morning and night time routine. I wish I bought this years ago and would highly recommend it to anyone interested in trying out infrared light therapy. This product also had the best price compared to other high quality products.
