I’ve been using the e.l.f. Eye Brightener for a while now, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite makeup staples. What I really love about this product is how sheer and natural it looks on the skin. Unlike heavier concealers or brighteners that can end up looking cakey or dramatic, this one gives a subtle glow that enhances my under-eye area without looking overdone.The formula itself feels lightweight and smooth, which makes application really easy, especially for beginners or individuals new to makeup. I am incredibly picky about my makeup. I have ultra sensitive skin, texture, and I have really strange undertones. My face leans more red toned overall and I get really red cheeked for any reason. So many concealers/foundations both high end and drug store will go pink, orange, and yellow on me when they oxidize and I have had a hard time finding the right shade when the undertones in neutrals seem differ from brand to brand. This is perfect! I got a neutral shade and it works well for my skin tone. I also have problems with concealers creasing, or looking chalky on me and drying out my under eye area. This looks so natural and silky on me! A true “no makeup-makeup look”. I don’t like the look or feel of full coverage concealers and am looking more to even out my skin tone than cover everything up and this is it! So far it hasn’t irritated my skin whatsoever and it stays put with my primer and a little dusting of setting powder. Especially considering the price, this should be in your makeup bag.

This e.l.f. Flawless Brightening Concealer and Contour Pen is a staple in my makeup routine. It does an amazing job of adding shadows without looking heavy or cakey. The formula is lightweight, creamy, and blends effortlessly into the skin for a natural, look. The click-pen applicator is the best part. It makes application super quick and precise, especially for under the eyes and contouring high points of the face. It wears well throughout the day, and doesn’t settle into fine lines. The price seems to fluctuate anywhere from $4-$20 with little rhyme or reason, so I took away one star because of that. But I’ve purchased it multiple times and will continue to repurchase anytime the price is reasonable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy to use, effective contour pen.

Alright, I bought two of these. Both are darker than my skin tone (to be used for contouring). These were the right price for that, and they work for what I wanted. The concealer itself is fine, as long as it matches your skin tone (which is a pretty big caveat). HOWEVER - of the two I bought, one of the "clickers" just stopped working after 2 uses. That means it is barely used, and I cannot get the product out of it. The other one continues to work, and it works for what I wanted.

I read that E.L.F.'s brightening concealer was a perfect dupe for YSL's Touche Eclait. I used it today and have to agree. It is creamy, goes on smoothly and the color match is perfect. I bought 10C fair to match my fair complexion. I do not have dark spots to cover, I just like the brightening effect it gives and it is only $6.00 as opposed to YSL's which is $40.00. A great product!

I like the color since I'm fair skin. It's not a heavy coverage and I don't have very dark circles so it works okay for me but I do find that it's buildable as well when needed. It doesn't dry too quickly, so you can get it blended in before it dries unlike many. I like the applicator wand but the bristles do bend and get in the way, I've had to trim those off. I would buy this again.

As someone who wears makeup almost every day but rarely wears foundation, this was perfect for me. My under eyes crease at the mere thought of me using concealer but I still like the under eye brightening effect of it. This is the perfect product for this. It has light- medium coverage, leaning more towards medium. But it is incredibly lightweight so it doesn't look cakey or heavy or concealer-y. I still set it with a TINY bit of loose powder (otherwise its crease city for me), but even with the powder it still looks natural and like a "no make-up , make up" look. E.l.f never disappoints! Hope my up close shots of my under eye don't scare you away from purchasing lmao. I also have some white eyeliner in the corners of my eye so disregard that. Just trying to capture how incredibly smooth and skin-like this product is. And for 6$ ?!? just buy it already!

well I think this concealer is kind of drier. all the time i used this is drying around my eyes.

It is a perfect mix of a buildable coverage, but still sheer on the skin. It works great and doesnt dry down into a light blotchy shade. You can easily blend with your finger, and I love to wear this on days where I want a light makeup look. Def gonna repurchase!

Good concealer

Takes a few turns to get any concealer and it doesn’t do a great job at concealing. Won’t buy again.
