I order a lot of stuff from Amazon, so I often don't take the time to leave reviews. But I absolutely had to for this product. I am so impressed! I am disabled and was previously using a Swiffer Wet Jet with the liquid made for wood and laminate floors. But with a full bottle of liquid it was quite heavy to push around and left a lot of streaking and residue on my floors and quite frankly, they never looked very clean. I just used the Bona system for the first time, and here is why I love it SO much more than Swiffer Wet Jet:1. It is very lightweight and easy to push. It glides across the floor so much easier than the Swiffer.2. Because the spray is separate, it not only is much lighter, but I can control how much spray I use. The mist is even and I don't have to oversoak the floors to clean stuck on food from my kitchen.3. My floors haven't looked this clean since I moved in. The floors have a nice sheen, but aren't slippery and no dull residue or streaks.4. The mop head is much wider than a Swiffer, which meant fewer passes and less work for me.5. I don't have to buy replacement pads, and the spray is more powerful on tough spots so I used a lot less.6. When using a Swiffer, I often had to replace the pad halfway through mopping my kitchen, foyer, hallway and two ceramic tile bathroom floors. I did the same square footage with just the one pad, which is machine washable.7. The dost mop pad, also included, did just as good a job as the Swiffer's dust mop pads, but it took about half the time because it covers a much wider area with each pass, yet still fits into tight spaces.8. I will be saving money without having to buy all those expensive refills. And Amazon sells this kit at a great price.I highly recommend this laminate floor care kit, especially for seniors and the disabled, or anyone who wants to save money while doing less work.

This is by far the best laminate floor cleaning solution I found on the market.We just bought a new house and put laminate flooring upstairs. We have Brazilian Coa which is very close to the Brazilian Cherry hardwood and because it is on the darker side it shows every little imperfection - be that dust or foot print.I went to all the retail stores around and bought some of the most expensive products available for cleaning laminate floors.All of them cleaned but you have to go 1000 times over with mop to take the streaks they left...and that is just a waist of time...and at the end, you put everything away and you still find a few spots with streaks on them.Then I started researching on the Internet for tips and tricks. Some people say- just dust it- I do not believe it cleaning a floor just by dusting it! Then I found that some use vinegar - didn't try this one because we live in 21st century and someone out there mush have figured it out and developed a solution that does exactly what it is supposed to do- BONAKEMI by definition!!!I had almost given up and was thinking of using my steam mop on low and give it try when I decided to give Bona a try.The combo arrives with the mop, dust pad, cleaning pad and the cleaning solution. I put the mop together and went on cleaning-AMAZING!!! Spray and wipe once or twice at most. If you leave a little wetness it will dry up without any trace! I was and still am so pleased that I give this one a try! I wasted a lot of money till I got here but from now on I will only spend it for something that works.If you have a laminate floor you should give this combo kit a try!And don't about the handle-I read all of the reviews and learned from them- if you connect it the right way it wont fail you!

I bought this mop despite negative reviews about the quality of the handle. I thought perhaps the folks might have been too rough on theirs or something.First off-I have to say I love how well the mop works. It's extremely easy to attach the pads to the mop, they work beautifully, and wash up very nicely. It has a low profile, so it gets under low cabinets, etc. That said, I gotta say that the handle is terrible. It would have been nice to have a ONE PIECE handle. I understand that it is easier to ship when it breaks down, but it also gives the mop an over-all "flimsy" feeling and I'm concerned that all that plastic in the connectors will eventually break.I did pick up a Rubbermaid Commercial set similar to this one at GFS the other day.... a bit pricier, but with a SOLID handle, it feels much more durable. I'm keeping my Bona mop for the upstairs, but will use the more solidly built Rubbermaid for the kitchen/downstairs areas.

I purchased the Bona Kemi floor care kit for stone, tile and laminate because I already owned the Bona hardwood floor cleaner mop. The kit for stone, tile and laminate comes with a pretty flimsy mop and a nice bottle of stone, tile and laminate spray. You could use the spray with any microfiber mop and get the same results. The spray works great, it does not get deep in the grout, but it does a better job of cleaning tile than other sprays on the market. It leaves no residue, either. Overall, I like the spray, just don't need the mop!

Absolutely incredible! I have tile in kitchen and the rest of house are laminated refinished oak floors. It's so easy to switch between microfiber pad and dust pad. The velcro stays strong through several washes. The best thing about the mop is that it reaches under beds, low furniture and has a handle with four sections that can be altered depending on one's height, etc. Because of arthritis it's hard to clean my bathtub -- especially the wall side. I've tried every kinda bathtub brush -- to no avail. But the Bona mop cleaned my tub EASILY after I took a section off to shorten the handle. Truly a godsend. The person who'd refinished my floors had turned me on to Bona. He said, "Forget the Swifter -- my wife and I have used only the Bona." He gave me the Bona as a gift. Now I've bought extra pads and another mop for the other side of the house. I even gifted one to a friend. It's definitely a winner!

The product works so well on my luxury vinyl plank floors. I will buy again. However will think twice when ordering on Amazon as the product leaked box was soggy. I probably lost a good portion of what I paid for. I will buy in person from now on.
