This vitamin definitely works. I took it for almost 2 weeks and noticed increase in energy and libido. However, my milk supply dropped more than half. It scared me how quickly it happened. Then I looked up and saw that half of the ingredients are not good for breastfeeding mommas. The vitamin does warn us about taking it when breastfeeding. I took the risk and nope, not taking it from now.I do plan on taking it again whenever not breastfeeding anymore!!!
