Empire of Ruin (Dirty Broken Savages Book 4)

This was such a good book. It was tense plot was involved you had to really pay attention. It was also full of really good physical bonding. Plus watching each of them figuring out that they loved each other. Maybe not be my happy ending but it's definitely a happy ending for them. Don't miss this book.

Poor River! I mean this girl cannot catch a break at all! She’s getting one bomb after another just thrown at her! But this is Rover and her guys and they always pull through and come up with a plan. I will say it was good to see a softer side of River in this book with Cody and her guys. The way she was with Cody was so heartwarming and the guys with Cody is so dang cute! There are a lot more things thrown at River but their plan is solid but of course something always has to happen… I’ll just say the ending was spectacular!!!! I’m greedy and just want more of them but their ending was perfect.

A major emotional start to the book from the previous cliffhanger. A lot of plotting with the final payoffs with some spiciness along the way.Worth the full ride, although it is a longer journey. Definitely recommend continuing on to the Voronin brothers’ story in Twisted Game. Read that series first (Filthy Wicked Psychos) & it is my favorite of Eva Ashwood’s.She always gives a lot of depth to not only her FMCs, but to her MMCs & their connections.

This is one of the best series I have read in a while. I couldn't get enough of River and the Kings of Chaos! Next, we need a Mercy spin off!

I love how all the books have a good story line and a lot of spice! Probably one of my favorite series.

This series started out with a BANG! I loved every minute of it and couldn’t but it down. 42% into this book, and I was having to force myself to go back to it. I just can’t finish it. I don’t know where the turn happened, but it just isn’t working for me. I tried for months to go back and finish and it just won’t happen for me. I finally called it and decided to move on.This author is amazing. I don’t want to take anything away from her talent. This may be an amazing series for you. I love the characters. Just something fell flat for me. The spice is there. The story was great up until this point. Maybe I need to finish it. But I just can’t. I want to. I left it in my reading pile for several weeks and every time I go back to it, I’m just not interested.Please read the triggers. And I encourage you to read it for yourself! This is simply my opinion.

I could not put these books down! And the cliffhangers were like shots to the heart - OMG! River (and her guys) went through SO much but we’re still able to get to that HEA. So glad life got peaceful for them in the end.

This is book 4, the final book in this series. This book is longer that the others but it didn’t feel like any of it dragged to me. The storyline is interesting. There’s a lot revealed in this book and there’s many twists.

It definitely was a good series to read. The evolution of river as how she started and everything she went through was amazing, from the beginning to the end and how she went through every phase of learning to love more than one person from a friend to a lover and his nephew, to put herself in the line for everything she always fought. It was hot and spicy with good development of the characters.

The love she has for her Kings and her family is so heartwarming.Priest has been my favourite King since the first book and he still holds the spot in my heart. The way he opened up for River 🥹🥹 UGH I love that man.&&& THE SMUUTT🤤🥵🥵 I live for the group scenes, I’d love to be River in the middle of that King sandwich 😮‍💨🥵River and her Kings deserved the ending they got! What a ride!!!!! River and her four Kings thought they were finished and in the clear, but their biggest threat has them in his sights. With revelations galore, plenty of smexy times 😜 and plans and weapons plus blood and other bodily fluids, hang on to your seats !!!

Eva Ashwood finished this series with a bang!! Amazing ending to an incredible story!Honestly I didn’t know how she will fix the brutal cliffhanger at the end of book 3 but she pulled it of…reading this was pure adrenaline, Eva had so many surprises up her sleeve, the suspense and the steam were of the charts.But what I loved was the connection between River and her Kings…their bond was so powerful and it gave them strength to find a way out of an impossible situation.This series was a 5 ⭐️ read for me, probably my favorite from Eva!!! Absolutely spectacular ♥️
