Is here anything that makes this cream different from any other topical hydrocortisone cream?

Hydrocortizone cream burns my daughters sensitive skin. This is the ONLY thing that does not seem to bother her skin. Well worth the extra $$

Can I use this on my 2 year old as well as myself?

I would check with your doctor regarding your 2 year old, however, I would imagine that it is safer than the strong steroid creams often prescribed. I buy this for my daughter who has suffered with rashes since infancy, it works really well if applied regularly.
