Will these bars help with weight gain

Sure, if you add resistance exercise and keep your other food intake the same. But it will be slower than if you were eating low protein/high fat/high carb bars. Protein takes more energy to digest, which subtracts from the total intake of high protein bars. To explain, high carb bar of 400 calories might add 350 to your diet after energy for digestion. High protein bar of 400 calories might add 325 to your diet after energy for digestion.

I'm not sure. What worries me are two things: they do not advertise being vegan, and their ad states ingredients on the Amazon page may not be the ingredients in the delivered bars.

Are these anything more than over-promoted candy bars?

My research indicates these cannot be classifed as candy bars, which are basically sugar and flavorings. Builders cliff bars are nutrient dense, and depending on flavor chosen contain as much protein as three large eggs.

How much caffeine in choc. mint

Its not very high quality chocolate, so my guess would be there is very little. I am pretty caffeine sensitive and I don't notice any caffeine-like effects.
