An overnight pad that actually keeps you dry all night. I tried at least 7 different products before finding these. This is not a diaper just a large pad to place in your underwear, but it works. No changing the bed in the middle of the night, Highly recommend.

The pad was flat about two feet long and about six inches across. There was no tape on the back side to stick to your panties. The ad shows a center area with curved leg areas the truth it was just a flat pad

These are perfect for when I go diaperless. Use as disposable moisture proof liner on towels on my sleep chair when doctor wants my skin to breathe. Comfy and keeps me clean.

They are thinner than the poise pads I currently wear, and I expected that; however, they are so huge that they really feel like a diaper. If you really want to feel protected, they will be perfect. For my medium petite size, they are simply too much.

I purchased these thru my health insurance OTC (over the counter) account. I usually buy Always Discreet #5 pads. The OTC page does not always give all the information on a product, but I assumed they were the size of pads. The name says "Attends Shaped Pads". They are not shaped like the picture on the package. There is no sticky backing to adhere to underwear. I'd be more likely to lay this on my mattress although they're not quite big enough to be a full on mattress pad. The only people I can see using these are bedridden or wheelchair patients where no moving around is expected. They're so big that I can't imagine anyone wearing them where they expect some semblance of privacy (I. e., no one knowing you're wearing something underneath your pants.) If you're not a stationary patient, there's nothing to hold it in place so once it gets wet, I'm sure it would scrunch up and move all over the place. I gave it 3 stars because maybe they do a good job for caregivers who need to change bedridden patients without having to remove a full diaper from around the legs and waist, but for anyone who is still active and gets around these are a zero.
