I got these because batteries can be unreliable depending on the temperature and electricity isn’t available to the area we need lit. They were easy to install and so far are working nicely. We especially like that they stay on all night as long as they’ve been exposed to enough sunlight during the day (4+ hours), and that they brighten when motion is detected.

Well made light. Durable and has survived one raining season without any water leaking inside of the 6 lights I bought. Great light to put in area away from electrical wire or plugs. I have mine screwed on the front wood fence post that lights up the side walk. When a car passes by or person the lights go bright. Perfect to light up dark areas at night. Will recommend and buy again.

This light has fulfilled my two main requirements. I wanted (1) to replace the wired floodlight above my garage door with a solar-powered alternative and (2) restrict the lighted area to a pool at the top of my driveway. So many garage lights are wastefully setup to illuminate a neighbor's driveway across the street!If you like your nights dark and just want the utility of some well-placed light when you're walking between your garage and driveway, this light will work.I have it angled all the way down so the light pool encompasses the top of the drive and a little inside the garage which I find is perfect for bringing in groceries without stumbling over something. Angled that far it won't detect motion unless you're right under it, but it detects the garage door going up and switches to full brightness as if the two systems were connected. Very convenient. It can be angled up a bit to cover more of the driveway and extend the sensor area if desired.

Received quickly and installed with ease. It works great in our sunny geographic area. It is plenty bright when motion is detected. Even though the sensitivity is a little too much, it still works for 12.5 hours so who cares if it turns bright too much? But because of no sensitivity adjustments I knocked off a star.

The unit was not working and EE systems group kindly exchanged the unit, awesome service..... I am actually thinking of buying more of them once I verify that I love the product and I am almost sure I will.I have verified that the light does work, the light is very dim but I actually wanted it to be like this because that is the type of light I needed, so works awesome, I am actually buying 2 more of these.And the first one that I thought was not working it is, I just did not know that it has a different way of turning it on than what I was used to in the past.

I had bought two of these solar lights several years ago to provide evening lighting over my front porch deck steps and they had worked perfectly without any problems. Since then, I had moved and decided to buy two more, one in November 2021 and one in April 2022 to provide some lighting to my backyard and back porch area. They are still working without any issues. So, I bought two more of these solar lights in November 2023 since I have been pleased with these products and the lighting they provided. However, one of the two solat lights worked well for one month. For some reason the solar light would not take a charge despite how long I would have it in the sun.My other solar lights continue to charge via the sun and provide the lighting I expected. In total, I had bought six of these outdoor solar lights with one out of the six to be defective. Despite one of these outdoor lights having a flaw...not taking a charge to provide lighting...I purchased another one recently to replace the faulty solar light. I hope the solar light performs as indicated like my other ones considering the cost and the inability to change any batteries.

This is a nice light and super easy to install. I installed it in the summer and it worked great. But because of the design of the light when it snows the entire solar panel is instantly covered and the light is rendered inoperable. So here in Michigan basically that means it doesn't work from December through March (right when it is the darkest time of year).

Look like a quality build but with smaller and I expected so I just returned it now to get a large one for the area I needed

The media could not be loaded.  Gone are the days of the 500w flood light on a sensor lighting up the whole estate because the local cat is doing its rounds, much nicer to have a light that only lights your garden and on a local sensor, especially as the power to this one is free.I like this solar powered light - draws sunlight in during the day and releases it at night. In non-activated mode it gives off a dim light that gives enough light to see in the gloom and then whe you get close it automatically turns on to full power with a very bright light that certainly lights my garden.I put mine on a tree to test it and am waiting to see just how much sunlight it can absorb to charge the battery and expect to be moving it in a week or so as I doubt it will get enough sunlight under a thick fir tree, especially now winter is darkening the days. Mind you it has lots of solar sensors on the top - many more than other products and so far it has stayed lit all night and the sensor turns it off during the dayComes with screw fittings and a pin to push into the on/off switch hole.
