Very disappointed as we were missing the e's and to late to get some more replacement balloons.

The valves on the balloons were terrible!
The valves on the balloons were terrible! The valves wouldn't open, the ones that did wouldn't re-seal and they punctured when using the provided straw. The normal balloons were great but ran out of the ribbon provided. The normal balloons were great.
