Nice looking, bright light but not great for path lighting.
Good, sturdy and well made. Some others complained about the glass breaking in transit. I don't know how that could happen. The glass is thick and secure. Someone complained that the bottom broke. I don't know how that could happen either. I pushed the spike into the ground without any problems. Maybe the person tried to muscle it into very hard dirt.I bought 3 units. On one, I had problems screwing on the spike. The threads were not good and it would not screw on straight. I forced it and got it screwed down all the way after about 10 minutes of saying bad words. It was not exactly straight but was good enough to work. The light is bright white and can be seen from a long distance. It does shine on the ground somewhat, but it doesn't really light up a path. Also, the light pattern is strange. No light beam shine on the path from the corners. So, your path is lit in shafts coming from each of the sides. They were what I wanted. It is hard to find a bigger bollard. Most of them are skinny and not very tall. There are taller ones but they are very expensive.

Don't push too hard
Update:I've had to replace 70% of these in the past 3 years due to them first going dim and then finally just dying out. While they work they do look great but for the price, they need to last longer or have replaceable LED units. I will seek out a different landscape light for further replacements. These look great and are quite bright. The snap in connectors are easy to install into a low voltage line.Be very careful when sticking them in to the ground (earth). The spike is quality metal and screws onto the bottom of the light. The problem is that the bottom of the light is just a thin piece of plastic covering a hollow area. If the earth is not soft or you don't dig out a hole first then it does not take very much force for the bottom of the fixture to break through which renders the ground spike useless. I had to construct a little wooden bridge inside the hollow part to stabilize one that I broke.

These lights look nice and expensive
These lights look nice and expensive, but they are made cheep, the plastic bottom will break off garroted, I evened dug a hole and set the pin in the ground, then pushed the dirt in by hand, and still broke one, four out of six broke. so you need to buy a big tube of JB Weld to fix. other then that they are the nicest looking lights in the neighborhood

Nice Bright Lights
These lights are really well done. They're heavy and substantial which causes one to think of durability. These are bright, brighter than other low voltage path lights I've seen and really look nice with the rock-like look. But for me they're a bit too bright and the (bulb) cannot be changed as it is a built in circuit component. This is why I rate it 4, but if you're looking for bright these are the ticket.

Robust construction
Nice, natural looking bollard that looks and works well next to my pool and pathway. Maybe a little too white compared to the other landscape lights but it is removed from the others so you don't notice the difference. Bought another 3 after purchasing one and so far no problems.
