OLAIKE Case for remarkable2 Paper Tablet 10.3" 2020 Released, Book Folio Design with Bulit-in Magnet, Premium Fabric Smart Cover, Only for remarkable2 Paper Tablet,(Not for remarkable1)

The materials are a little cheap, but it seems sufficiently sturdy and makes me less nervous about throwing my remarkable into my backpack. The fit is 100% and holds the tablet well with the magnets, with room to hold the pen in the normal place tooFor value for money, this is great; the only reason I've given 4* for sturdiness is that the edge finish could be better - it feels a little rough and 4* for 'easy to hold' that, being left-handed, it makes it a little more clumsy; but that's really a flaw in the design of the remarkable 2 as it's built for right-handers. It would be simple to add an upside-down orientation in software which would solve this but remarkable haven't done that. :/

I've tried various covers for my RM2 and this is (so far) perfect. The outer material is similar to the original Remarkable slip case and inside it is suede like.The tablet is held in by magnets on the left side and it feels very secure, you can't shake it out but it does pull out very easily if you want to remove it. I was concerned that the magnets would affect the screen as with other cases I've tried but as far as I can tell there is no problem. The case is very slim so doesn't bulk up the tablet by more than about 5mm when closed. The front and back are also very stiff which helps to protect the RM2, I'm always very careful handling the tablet incase I put undue pressure on it and crack the screen but this case should prevent any flex.The pen is also held more securely than when just stuck to the side of the RM2 as the case overlaps the pen by a couple of mm protecting it somewhat. Overall I'm delighted with it and it represents excellent value for money compared to the original Remarkable case.

So bought this as I didn't want to pay the best part of £100 on the Remarkable genuine case. Overall happy with the Quality of this. It is very sturdy and protects the Remarkable 2 very well.However... I use the standard 'Marker' with the remarkable which is light grey. And this cover has caused the marker to have a dark grey/black mark along two sides that I cannot clean off or get rid of. So the marker now looks very dirty and grubby and I have had this for just 2 months!It's clearly an issue with the case, but also Remarkable need to look at jus how easy the Marker gets marked and also how bloody difficult it is to clean!So if you use the basic 'Marker' this is an issue. But if you use the 'Marker Plus' that is dark grey/black you simply wouldn't notice this.

Does exactly what I need it to do for my Remarkable 2. The magnets are strong enough, and the case does a great job of protecting my remarkable from dust and scratches. Very sturdy, and looks exactly like the picture. It’s not very lightweight or too heavy. Now the cons. The case is a little stiff and gives no protection against any accidental drop. I use this case only to protect the back of my Remarkable from scratches, and so far it does a great job. Almost 4 months now with this case, and my remarkable 2 looks like new. Would recommend!

Great case, magnetic attachment so no nasty sticky bits or residue. Attachment definitely seems strong enough, unless you open it the wrong way (opens like a book). Seems like it would protect the tablet really well and looks good. Also soooo much cheaper than the official folio. plenty of space at the side for the pen to attach magnetically too !
